FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Items will ship within five business days. I will notify you if there are any delays.

I do ship internationally but cannot guarantee your package will arrive by a certain date. Please allow 2–4 weeks for international delivery. This is an estimate only and will vary by destination, time of year and customs. Heirloom Island is not responsible for possible duties / taxes and shipping delays at customs borders.

I aim to have your package reach your hands in excellent condition by packaging items in bubble wrappers with cardboard backing & eco-friendly cello sleeves. Depending on the size of the work, I sometimes also use cardboard tubes.

If there are any issues with your package, please contact me straight away at Julieanne@heirloomisland.com

  • I am currently closed for custom orders.

  • I am currently open to inquires for new wholesale clients. Please pop me at email at Julieanne@heirloomisland.com

  • I source supplies for creating my products close to home (like down the road at a local mill). All materials are from and support Canadian companies, and my artwork is printed right here in Northern Ontario. My product packaging is recyclable, cards and prints are packaged in compostable plastic sleeves as much as I can. Ever since I won an award in the third grade for starting a recycling program at our school I have been an environmentalist.

By purchasing my work you are also helping support the environment. $1 from every Sudbury Calendar purchase goes to Conservation Sudbury, $1 from every Manitoulin Calendar purchase goes to Manitoulin Streams.
